  Veterinary Associates of Galena are only interested in your Money, not your pet. They will look for as many ways as they can to subdivide your bill in small parts so you give them more of your hard earned cash...
  The worst part of it is the care of the animal. They rather kill your pet friend than letting him go someplace else. It happened to me and Willow, fortunately I did not give up my right to refuse the euthanasia, and Willow is a happy three legged Airedale Terrier. Do not go there, you will regret it
  On many occasions I contacted them to get an explanation of why they wrapped Willow's injured leg, without cleaning, in Seram wrap and then lots of gauze and then plastic seal on a hot August day! Criminals, they wanted the leg to rot! Disgusting do not go there!
