  I moved in the Galena area in July and really wanted a cheaper but does a great job salon. I was told about Salon 603 from my work. I went 3 times and I like it, and tipped 30%. The fourth time I went she made a suggestion to just do my roots. That way it keeps my hair healthy. The truth was the lady that worked on my hair was lazy and wanted to talk with her co-workers. I needed to hurry because I was on my lunch. Well she charged me a reasonable amount the last 3 times, when I recieved 3 colors and a cut. The fourth time all I had was my roots done and she charged me the same amount as getting 3 colors and a cut. I was soo upset. Knowing how I tip and coming there often, how could she do that. I will never recommend this place or go to it again. When I asked about the price she had horrible reasons and I will never stop telling people how this experience really bothered me.
