  The lack of apology and concern is distasteful to me and my family. We were from out of town and came to you. We were the last people there before closing. You rushed our sell to get it done before the banks closed and maybe you unintentionally missed that step, I am going to tell myself you didn't do it purposely because if You did in fact purposely sell us a vehicle knowing the coming problem that is horrible. Thankfully we were in a parking lot and not a busy road or it could of been very dangerous. Due to this HORRIBLE experience I have gained a lot of knowledge in not placing all of my trust into a dealership and now i know I can request a warranty. Maybe You should take something from this as well, simply slowing down your sells and make sure to dot all your I's and cross all your T's because the safety of people and their loved ones fall in the hands of you and the vehicles you sell.
