I have never had a bad experience at Beauty Nails. They do a great job, the shop is always neat and very clean. There is a waiting area with a lot of magazines if my husband is with me. They have also stayed after hours to get me in. The owner and employees are so pleasant. Definitely always a pleasant experience, I am glad this business is in our City.

The worst pedicure and manicure I've ever received. We called over a week ahead of time and made appointments for 8 people to get mani/pedi's for a Bachelorette party. When we got there, only 2 people were working. We were there forever. One of the employees had no idea what she was doing. My nails looked so bad. No one was very happy with the work they received. Lastly, they didn't take card payments and didn't tell us until after we'd received services.
